Registered Massage Therapy is a hands‐on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body - the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage Therapy works by improving the circulation of blood and lymph through the body and helps to speed up the removal of metabolic waste products from muscles. Other positive effects of massage therapy include an increase in the flexibility of muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues and the decrease of scar tissue, which limits mobility. At the Clinic, we believe that a hands on approach is the best way to ensure you remain active and injury free.

Chiropractic

Chiropractic medicine is a non-invasive discipline that focuses on the musculoskeletal system: the bones, muscles, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, joints and connective tissues. This system provides physical stability, enables movement and protects the organs. Chiropractors use a combination of treatments that aim to prevent and/or manage disorders of the musculoskeletal system.
